## Preamble
We, the citizens, residents, stakeholders, professionals, youth, women, community leaders, entrepreneurs, and friends of the Federal Capital Territory, united by a common vision for progress and development, hereby declare our commitment to building a better future for the FCT.
Recognizing the enormous potential of the Federal Capital Territory as the symbol of Nigeria’s unity and the seat of its governance, we acknowledge the challenges that continue to affect our communities, including inadequate infrastructure, unemployment, insecurity, environmental degradation, poor access to essential services, and limited opportunities for many residents.
We believe that these challenges can be overcome through responsible leadership, active citizenship, collective action, and a shared commitment to the common good.
